Weatherproof Garden Wind Spinner

A wind spinner does one job and does it well: it turns a still corner of a garden into something with movement. This one is balanced to catch a light breeze rather than needing real wind, so it keeps turning on the calm days when nothing else in the garden is doing much of anything.
