Lighting chosen one piece at a time
Parlora exists because good lighting is the cheapest way to change how a room feels, and because most of what is sold online is either forgettable or priced as though it came from a gallery.
We buy across pendants, wall lights, ceiling fittings and lamps, and we are strict about what gets through. A piece has to do something a plain fitting cannot: throw a pattern on a ceiling, aim where you actually need the light, glow through real stone, or simply look like an object worth having when it is switched off.
How we choose
Every product is looked at individually. We check the materials, the light it actually casts and the way it behaves in a real room rather than in a studio photograph. Anything that only works in a photograph does not make the site.
What we write
The description on every product page is written to tell you what the piece does and where it belongs, including the rooms it suits badly. We would rather lose a sale than have something arrive and disappoint you.
Where we deliver
The United Kingdom is our home market and delivery there is free on every order. We also ship across Europe and to a selection of countries worldwide.
If something goes wrong
Email us. A real person reads it, usually the same day. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded in full, and you have 30 days to change your mind on anything else.
