Clean geometry in folded metal, with the light source concealed inside the form so what you see is a shape and a glow rather than a fitting and a bulb. There is no shade, no diffuser panel and no visible fixing once it is mounted, which is what gives it its sculptural quality.

Because nothing points directly into the room, it can be used at eye level without glare. That makes it right for a hallway, a stairwell or beside a bed, and it works particularly well in a pair, where the repeated form starts to read as a deliberate architectural detail rather than two lights on a wall. Mounted at around 1.5 metres it lights a hallway without shining into anyone's eyes, and a little lower works beside a bed, where the wash lands on the reading surface instead.

Three finishes. Black is the most graphic against pale plaster and holds a hard edge. White reads as almost architectural and disappears into the wall until it is lit. Green is the one that behaves as a colour decision, and it is best used where the fixture is meant to be seen. Installation should be carried out by a competent person, with the circuit isolated before work begins.
