An hourglass silhouette in brushed aluminium that throws light in two directions at once, up the wall and down it, leaving a bright band above and below the fixture and a dark middle. That contrast is what makes a plain wall look intentional rather than simply lit.
It carries an IP66 rating, so it works outdoors as well as in. On a house front it marks a doorway or runs along a garden wall; indoors it does the same job in a hallway, a stairwell or beside a bed. Being rated for weather also means it copes with a bathroom, which most decorative sconces cannot.
Three lengths change the effect considerably: 16 cm is a compact accent, 24 cm the middle option, and 35 cm the one that reads as architectural along a longer wall. Black, white and gold cover most exteriors and interiors, and each comes in warm or cold white. Aluminium is the reason it copes outdoors: it sheds water and will not rust the way a steel housing eventually does on a north-facing wall. A pair either side of a front door gives enough light to find a keyhole without lighting the whole garden. Outdoor installation should follow the supplied instructions, and any wiring should be carried out by a competent person.
