LunaSpot Dual Function Wall Light

A circular frame with a crescent of ambient glow along one edge and a spotlight set within it. Two light sources in one fixture, and they do genuinely different jobs: the crescent washes the wall, the spotlight puts a defined beam where you point it.

Beside a bed that combination is unusually practical. The crescent stays on as a low background light; the spotlight comes on for reading and aims at the page rather than across the bed. Neither has to compromise for the other, which is the failure of most single-source bedside sconces.

Four colours, all with warm white light. Black and white are the neutrals and disappear into most walls. Orange and green are the decorative options and work best where the fixture is meant to be seen. It mounts flat to the wall, so it does not catch a shoulder. Mounting is straightforward: the backplate lines up with a standard UK wall box, and the crescent and the spotlight run off the same feed, so there is only one cable to route. Housed in a matte-finish steel body, the fixture wipes clean with a dry cloth and does not show fingerprints the way a gloss finish would near a headboard. Installation should be carried out by a competent person, with the circuit isolated before work begins.
