A wedge-shaped support with an adjustable strap, sized to sit under the waist, the back or the abdomen rather than wrapping the whole body. That makes it the smaller, more portable alternative to a full U-shaped pillow, and it takes up almost no room on a bed shared with someone else.
The adjustable strap is what keeps it useful across a changing shape. Rather than a fixed loft that suits one stage and then stops working, the angle and the fill position can be set as needed, and reset later. It works on either side, so turning over does not mean rebuilding the arrangement from scratch.
Four colours, all muted: grey, pink, blue and green. It is light enough to travel and small enough to use on a sofa or in a chair rather than only in bed. Speak to your midwife or doctor about sleeping positions during pregnancy, as this is a comfort and positioning aid rather than a medical device. The outer cover is a brushed cotton-blend, soft against bare skin and less likely to slip on a fitted sheet than a slicker fabric would be. Fill is a firm but shapeable polyester, so the wedge holds its angle through the night rather than flattening under sustained weight. The cover can be wiped or washed according to the care label.
